Analysis of transient recovery voltage and secondary arc current in transposed extra-high voltage lines in a two-phase auto-reclosing

Extra-high voltage (EHV) lines of 500–750 kV, providing transmission electricity over long distances and at the same time performing functions intersystem communication level national power system, play an important role not only in normal modes, but also emergency ensuring dynamic stability system as a whole. In these lines, overwhelming proportion cuts are caused by single-phase short circuits (90%), significant part which, being unstable arc faults, successfully eliminated auto-reclosing cycle. Also, about 5%–10% failures can be constituted two-phase circuits, which cycle (TPhAR). The purpose this paper is to study transposed EHV equipped with four-radial shunt reactors (ShR). analyzes efficiency using eliminate short-circuits connecting systems Kyrgyzstan Tajikistan. An algorithm proposed for calculating transient recovering voltages (TRV) secondary currents (SAC) real line Datka–Khujand–Dushanbe. obtained results TRV SAC, within permissible limits Dushanbe–Khujand section, make it possible have dead TPhAR no more than 0.6 s, order maintain system.
